Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you have not paid any fees.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoneySense AI disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through our Services.

We do not encourage to invest your money just on the basis of our AI analysis, user is responsible for any up and down with his/her/their investment after analysis.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of our Services without notice or liability.

Governing Law
